  • Do you do only weddings?

    Not at all! While weddings make up the majority of my clients, I love planning and organizing Baptism/Confirmation/First Communion/Quincenera celebrations, priest and deacon ordinations, birthdays, showers, black tie events, brunches, celebration of life gatherings, business events, and more. In fact I HOPE I can do more parties for Sacraments especially!

  • Do you travel?

    Yes! While I am based in Dallas, TX, and the majority of my clients have been in Colorado and Texas, I do travel for events, even internationally. Extra travel and accommodation fees do apply depending on the location and length of time needed to efficiently carry out your event.

  • What does Stella Maris mean?

    Stella Maris comes from the Latin title of Our Lady, Star of the Sea. She is the bright star on the storms of life events that guide us back into the safe harbor of the heart of our Lord. See “Why SM” for more details!

  • Do you only do "Catholic" Events?

    My main clients are celebrating what we call “Sacraments” of the Catholic Church, meaning outward, visible, tangible signs of God’s love that we believe were instituted by Jesus Christ to give grace in various stages of life. The Sacrament of Holy Matrimony is among them. While I focus on the Sacraments, I will also do non-denominational church minister weddings and celebrations, and other events that are not strictly speaking “Catholic,” however out of respect for what I believe and what I hold to be sacred, I do reserve the right to charitably decline events and clients that do not align with my beliefs. I am happy to explain and provide more information.

  • I got your price package listing. Why do your fees vary?

    I initially start with hearing your heart and what YOU want out of your event. Let me dream with you, and make it happen! My packages start with base pricing, but they differ depending on what you want me to manage, what you have already done, add ons, travel expenses, time expenses, and more. Each package is custom tailored for the management you expect me to oversee. As an example, I won’t charge the same day-of coordination fee for one client who books me months out, has already booked and planned everything and just wants me to manage the logistics day-of, as compared to a client who wants me to do the same day-of work but needs a list of referrals or research for vendors, or books me a month out. Every package can be adjusted based on your needs.

  • Do you do designs, creations, and printing?

    I do! I have an initial background in Fine Art and have created for one bride a live flower wall art installation for her wedding, and my packages also offer add-ons for design work and printing (wedding booklets, table center placards, etc) as well as transport and setup for an additional fee.

  • Is there anything you DON'T do?

    I plan, manage, and coordinate, but there are some things that are in my contract that are non-negotiables at events, such as being a bouncer, breaking up fights, dealing with illegal substances, being bartender or checking ID’s, etc. When we discuss contracts I will go over delegated tasks.
